Returning an order
At Ventichim, we do our best to describe every product in our webshop as clearly as possible, including all technical specifications. However, it is possible that an item may not fully meet your expectations.
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery of the product, without giving any reason.
You must notify us in writing within this period that you wish to return an item at info@ventichim.be.Important conditions for returns:
- The product must be undamaged,
- be in its original, unopened packaging,
- and must not have been used.
- Shipping and return costs are always at the expense of the customer.
⚠️ Please note: This return policy applies only to standard products. Customized products (products made to order or according to specific customer requirements) cannot be returned, regardless of the reason.
